Inflatable Rental Information

Prior to renting any inflatable from Magic With A Twist, check your area to make sure that the unit you want to rent will fit on your site.  The measurements for each inflatable are listed in the descriptions below.  Look for over hanging trees and wires that may cause a problem.    Check for fire ant mounds and treat the mound at least 24 hours prior to your event.  If you have an in ground, sprinkler systems please have someone on hand that can point out where the system runs due to the fact your inflatable will be secured by staking it to the ground.  All inflatables have heavy-duty blowers that provide continuous airflow; these blowers will need to run continuously during you event.  If you have an electrical circuit that is being used by several appliances, your circuit breaker may trip, once the inflatable blower is plugged in.  To keep this from happening select an electrical outlet on a circuit that is not being used as much or unplug one of the existing appliances.  For safety, the blowers can only be plugged into our special heavy-duty electrical cords. We prefer to set the inflatable on grass with relatively flat ground and within 100 feet of an outlet.  If you do not have any electricity at your event, ask about our generator rentals.  If you are planning an indoor location like a gym etc, we will secure the unit with sand bags so please advise Magic With A Twist if the inflatable will be used indoors when booking your event. 

Before your event, Magic With A Twist will arrive with trained and experienced personnel who will use a hand truck to carry the unit to your desired area and set up your inflatable.  Some Magic With A Twist's units weigh over 500 pounds, which makes it impossible to carry the unit through small walk in gates, up or down stairs, up steep hills or incline and over extremely rough terrain.  Please keep this in mind when deciding on were to have the inflatable set up. Your Magic With A Twist attendant will do their best to place the inflatable where you would like.  You will also gain that extra peace of mind since there is an attendant on duty to supervise the children while playing in the inflatable.  This ensures a safe and a trouble free event and allows you to enjoy the party as well.  All of Magic With A Twist’s inflatables are cleaned and sanitized for your safety. 

In case of extreme weather conditions, we may not be able to set up the inflatables outside if the following occurs. Outside temperature is 55 degrees or below.  If it raining or 85% or more chance of rain. However, rests assure the party can still go on by using Magician Magic Mike or Lolli Pop The Clown who will entertain your guests making sure your event is a success!

In the event there is a 75% chance of rain or more and the renter insists on having the unit set up anyway, and it, rains there will be a $75 cleaning fee added per inflatable to the events total price.  This charge only applies if an inflatable get wet.  The fee covers drying each inflatable out which takes several days and spraying the unit down with mildew inhibitor.
